Mix well all products, except the protein mixture.
2.)Pour the mixed ingredients into a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
The tray can be rolled up with a metal foil to avoid burning or baking at the bottom of the oven.
3.) Once the pastry is ready, allow it to cool down.
4.) Make small holes with a fork into the pastry.
5.) Spray the pastry with the dissolved protein.
