Zucchini Soup

  1. 1)Peel and cut the zucchini into cubes. 2) Boil them into the stock untill they are soft. 3)Drain the zucchini from the stock. 4) Blend boiled zucchini with the avocado, yogurt and the juice from the lemon together with 1/2 tsp salt. If the mixture is too thick, you can add some liquid from the stock. 5)Sprinkle over with cutted dill and walnuts. If you like garlic you can add some. 6)The soup is served cold.
